Amanda Winners 2011

   
King of Devil's Island won Best Norwegian Film in Theatrical Release, Erik Skjoldbjærg won Best Director with Nokas, while the audience award the People's Amanda went to The Troll Hunter during the big evening of celebration in Haugesund for the film industry. With its five Amanda Awards, Limbo became the biggest success.

Line Verndal and Lena Endre were both awarded with an Amanda for their interpretations in Limbo , respectively as Best Actress and Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Henrik Rafaelsen was also in Limbo, but it was his role in Happy Happy that won him Best Actor. The young actor talent Trond Nilssen was awarded Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his debut in King of Devil's Island .

The Amanda Committee Honorary Award went to Bjørn Floberg.
